World Pilates Day - Balanced Soul Event

Don’t have anything planned for World Pilates Day? Come & join us for a lovely afternoon at Helix House.

Ticket includes one 45 minute reformer pilates class at Pilates by Helix House (RRP $35) followed by a one hour balcony contrast therapy session (Ice baths & Sauna - RRP $39). You will also receive a Balanced Soul suede yoga mat (RRP $90) & a pair of Balanced Soul Pilates Socks (RRP $20) to wear in your pilates class.

Ticket value is $184 so getting it all for $89 is such a steal, especially if you happen to meet your new best friend at the event as well! I absolutely love hosting these monthly community events so I can’t wait to see you all there.

Address: Pilates by Helix House (Level 2/164 Belmore Rd, Randwick NSW 2031)

When: Saturday 3rd May 2pm til 4pm (Please arrive 5-10 mins before the class starts).

What to bring: Swim wear/ towel for ice bath.

If you have an injury and don’t think you can participate in the pilates class send me a message if you just want to do the ice bath & sauna option.

Please note: Due to the nature of the private event there will be no refunds on tickets, but you are more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member please just give me the name change. If you don’t show up to the event the yoga mat & socks will be shipped to you at your own cost or can arrange a pick up option. Thank you for understanding.
